Prior to joining Newsweek, Palacios served as Vice President at Televisa Publishing Digital and Senior Vice President and Head of US operations for Televisa. During his tenure at Televisa, he played a key role in driving the company's digital transformation and expanding its reach in the US market.

Palacios's appointment comes at a time of significant growth for Newsweek. The publication has recently relaunched its website and introduced new editorial initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality journalism to a global audience. Palacios's expertise in operations and financial management will be instrumental in supporting these initiatives and positioning Newsweek for continued success.

In his new role, Palacios will be responsible for overseeing Newsweek's day-to-day operations, including finance, human resources, and technology. He will also work closely with the editorial team to ensure that the publication continues to produce compelling and impactful journalism.
